First session
The first meeting is about arriving in a relaxed atmosphere.
We'll look together at what you can bring with you.
and start – if it's appropriate – with initial impulses while lying down or sitting.
Please bring comfortable clothing and the exact amount of €45 (approx. 60 min.) in cash.

First encounter
In the first session, we'll take our time to settle in and get to know each other. Together, we'll explore what you bring to the table and what you'd like to develop.
If it's convenient, we'll start with some initial physical exercises – either sitting or lying down.
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely, for example sportswear or yoga clothes.
No special preparation is necessary – just come as you are.
Confidentiality
Everything discussed or experienced in our sessions remains confidential. Your data is protected by legal confidentiality. Trust and a safe environment are especially important to me.
Tempo and rhythm
The frequency and format of the sessions will depend on your personal process.
Initially, an interval of 1 to 2 weeks proved effective.
Later we can adjust the pace together.
