Through targeted body-oriented work, I will guide you on your journey towards greater mindfulness, calm and inner stability.

Philosophy

Many people come to me when they realise that their body is constantly tense and that something inside no longer feels quite right.

Sometimes life brings us to turning points – moments that invite us to pause and realign ourselves. The body often senses when something is out of balance before the mind does. Persistent tension, exhaustion, inner restlessness or recurring stiffness can be signs of stress and defence mechanisms that have become ingrained in the body over time.

In my practice for holistic body therapy in Berlin, the body is central as a gateway to change. Through mindful fascial work and the conscious integration of breathing and body awareness, deep-seated tensions can gradually be released. The nervous system finds greater regulation – posture and mobility change, and a more stable connection with oneself becomes possible.

I do not view body therapy as a mere relaxation treatment, but as a process that supports lasting change. The aim is to develop greater uprightness, inner stability and vitality – so that you can once again experience yourself as more secure, free and powerful within your own body.
