Who is this for?

Body therapy can support you if you:

  • feel quickly emotionally overwhelmed or internally tense

  • have difficulty relaxing or are constantly on high alert

  • to feel insecure, withdrawn, or overly compliant in relationships

  • to feel like you can no longer really feel yourself

  • suffer from the consequences of attachment or developmental trauma

What happens in the body?

Traumatic experiences not only shape thoughts and feelings, but often also the body and nervous system.

Then it is possible that inner tension, withdrawal, over-excitation or numbness may repeatedly occur, even if there is no acute danger in the outside world.

Body therapy can help to gently perceive such reaction patterns and to enable the nervous system to have new experiences of safety and regulation.

My approach

My work combines body therapy, fascia work, and the conscious inclusion of the nervous system.

It's important to me to create a safe space where you can proceed at your own pace. It's not about forcing anything, but about gently developing more contact, regulation, and self-awareness.

Sequence

  • Initial consultation to get to know each other

  • individual session (60–120 min.)

  • Time to reflect and integrate

The sessions take place in my practice at Schivelbeiner Straße 47 in Prenzlauer Berg.

The practice is easily accessible from Mitte, Friedrichshain and Pankow.
